Deacon's Quorum Advisor = Scoutmaster
Teacher's Quorum Advisor = Varsity Coach
Priest's Quorum Advisor = Venture Advisor

   Please check with your Bishop if you are unsure which adult has been called to this position.  If more 
   than 1 age or priesthood group meets together in your ward, please list the same adult leader name
   multiple times in each position that he/she has been called to fill.  There's no need to enter phone and
   email addresses -- we can do that.

***  Unless you specify otherwise, we will post the email address you have entered on the district 
     website so that interested people may send you email.  If you would prefer a secure email 
     forward instead, please add "forward to " at the beginning of this field. 
 
     For example: "forward to bob@yahoo.com".  

     We will create a different address so that the sender does not know where the email is actually 
     going until you respond.  This will help ensure that your email address is not displayed on the internet.
